Sorted by clicks first, then opens. Click = they hit a link in the email (most likely the property page).
Failed sends
A "failed" send means the request to Resend never completed (e.g. infrastructure error, rate limit, missing field). The address may still be valid. Workflow: click Clear failures below, go to /prospects, filter by Send failed in the new dropdown, click Select all not sent, then Send approved.
Bounced sends
A "bounce" means Resend delivered to the destination mail server and the server rejected the address. The mailbox is dead at that domain. Workflow: open the row in /prospects, edit the email field to a different address (try info@<domain>, contact@<domain>, the website's contact form, or LinkedIn DM), save, approve, send. The current sent record stays as a historical bounce; the new send creates a fresh record.
